Meet Vikki (aka Rep. Breese-Iverson)
Rep. Vikki Breese-Iverson was raised on the family ranch in Prineville and is proud to be part of the fifth generation there, now raising her 6th generation teenage boys on the same ground.
She and her husband, Bryan, are deeply involved in the community. They own and operate several small-businesses including his strategy and advertising agency, her real estate agency, a coffee shop/distillery and of course, the ranch.
Vikki was elected as the House Republican Leader to champion the Republican caucus through 2022 short session and then served as leader until she resigned from leadership in the fall of 2023. During the 2023 Legislative Session she was instrumental in killing or slowing down some fast-tracked horrible bills in some of her committees, push conversations to include stakeholder input was part of the House Republican Caucus that showed solidarity and teamwork as they navigated one of the toughest sessions in Oregon history.
In addition to her Representative duties, Vikki is also actively participating in her real estate career as Owner/Managing Principal Broker of Windermere in Prineville. She started her career in real estate 20 years ago after working in the Capitol on land use and natural resource issues.
Rep. Breese-Iverson has previously worked with Majority Leader Karen Minnis and Senator Ted Ferrioli. She understands the complexity of small businesses, property ownership, housing crisis, water issues along with so much more facing our economy today.
She believes representing House District 59 and having served as the Republican Caucus as leader in Salem is an honor. She strives to bring the traditional Oregon values of hard work, fiscal responsibility and creative problem solving to the Oregon State Capitol. She will continue supporting the effort along with her friend Senate Republican Leader Tim Knopp to bring balance back to Salem.
"There is no doubt that Vikki will stand up for farmers across the state. Her roots run very deep in Oregon and she has some great ideas to help rural Oregon."
- Jace Rhoden, JSW Logging
"Vikki fights for our rural way of life in a way that is impactful and effective. It's easy to be a vocal critic; it's much more challenging to actually get things done. I applaud Rep. Breese-Iverson for actually getting things done!."
- Kelley Minty Morris, Klamath County Commissioner
